Master with NEW LUXURY King bed mattress flat screen TV, private bathroom. NEW LUXURY Queen bed mattress with flat screen TV in 2nd bedroom! Full Bathroom in the hallway. This villa is fully equipped for 4 people. The living area is open to the patio to relax and hear the ocean waves! Nice large leather sofa, Two comfortable reclining chairs. Large flat screen TV Cable and internet provided 143 High Hammock Villa is .6 Miles from Pelican Beach and 1 mile from the Beach Club pools, Island House restaurants, and Seabrook's miles of wide open beach! Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the SEABROOK ISLAND BEACH CLUB may be purchased for a daily or weekly fee. ($300week or $50day) (For entire villa occupants.) This card give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Love the beaches at Seabrook Island; walkway 2 was our favorite spot. Condo was clean and comfortable. Would recommend for a small single family getaway.

My teenage daughters and I surprised my husband for his 50th birthday. This place was the perfect weekend getaway. It was pristinely clean, the perfect location, great view of the golf course, and super cute inside. The pictures absolutely do not do it justice. We rented bikes, (the bike rental company delivered the bikes and picked them up) and we rode all over the island. The beach is super close. The Lakehouse pool (included in our stay) was very clean and fun. The gym was very nice too. Betsy was amazing!!! She answered our questions promptly. She is very sweet and kind and cares about your stay. We will definitely be back!!! Such a nice slice of paradise.

We just love Seabrook. The condo was vey clean and homey, lots of beach reads available. Near beach access (about 5 min drive) and lake house amenities included. We did not purchase a beach club amenities card, but if you have little kids and want a pool, then it might be worth it. Our teens prefer the surf. Check out the island activities on their Facebook page, we were able to see sea turtle babies leave their nest and walk to the sea. I would wholly recommend a stay here and we will probably be back.

The property was upgraded and it shows. Kitchen and bathrooms look new. Beds we’re comfortable and not having to worry about linens and towels was a HUGE advantage as well. Check in and check out were a breeze. Great location with a short drive to the beach as well. Highly recommend staying at this property.

We loved our time at Seabrook and especially our stay at High Hammock Villas. The condo is just the right size and the kitchen has everything we needed for eating in. We enjoyed watching the deer graze on the golf course while we drank our morning coffee and the squirrels even put on a show for us scampering up and down the trees chasing one

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was located in a nice area, quiet and beautiful. We rented bikes and rode them everywhere. The condo had plenty of supplies and Becky was easy to reach. We did get the Amenity card for the week. I think next time we will just get it for 3-4 days so we can use the pool and eat at the Pelican and Osprey. We did use it once for Pickleball as well. Freshfields was really great for market shopping, salads and dinner items. We rode our bikes there as well for Java ☕️ and smoothies.

This little place is perfect! It had a beautiful view of a golf course on the back porch, and even a few deer were out back the day we arrived! Everything was there to wash dishes, and for laundry. We will definitely be back!

My family and I love to vacation on Seabrook Island. We have family that lives here. This is a beautiful condo and well stocked! The owner Betsy is very helpful, quick to respond to any questions during our stay. Perfect location to enjoy Fourth of July! The beach is super close by.

We had a really nice stay. Betsy was very responsive regarding our questions about pests (which was expected due to the hot, island setting). She quickly responded to and addressed all our concerns and I appreciated her attention to our concerns. The bathroom lighting was somewhat dim, but overall, this was a great location.

Our family arrived to paradise. We appreciated the beach decor, close access to the water, and being nestled in nature without crowds. Charleston was a short drive where we enjoyed The Oyster House, architecture, and a haunted carriage ride. Betsy exceeded our expectations. We hope to return in the Spring. Thank you!

This property was so clean! We were thrilled walking in and seeing how clean, fresh, and beautifully laid out everything was. Beautifully decorated and styled. This condo was in a great location! Short drive to the beach, lake house and golf course. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Nice view of golf course and we saw deer right outside. My son did not want to leave! Would love to come back soon!
