Situated in Anaheim, this lovely house for $199 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This townhouse is located at a beautiful, family friendly complex directly across the street from Disneyland & the Downtown Disney. It’s only about 12 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland and California Adventure Park, 6 minute walk to the free Disneyland tram, or an 8 minute walk to Monorail in Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Disneyland. You get 2 reserved parking spots in our complex (1 garaged & 1 curbside), so a $20 parking fare in Disneyland is not necessary. This property has three communal resort style pools ( toddler pool, general pool, and a gated adult pool) , a hot spa, and a kids playground. They are only a few short steps away from the unit. This townhouse is a spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit at front of the complex. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with luxury mattress and linen, and a twin size folding bed in the walk-in closet. The second bed room has a twin/full bunk bed with books and toys. This home includes a beautiful kitchen with fully stocked kitchen items such as dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, a toaster, slow cooker, blender and whole sets of dishes and cups, etc.; a comfortable family room with relaxing sofa (it can be converted to a comfortable full size bed), a big flat screen TV with cable access, plus free wireless internet; and an in house washer and dryer to make you more at home on your vacation. This place was great for us. The convince of the kitchen is valuable. The townhouse is very clean and the owner is very helpful and friendly. You do have to cross a road with no crosswalk to get to Disneyland and this is a bit challenging with a stroller.

We really enjoyed the easy access to the parks and Downtown Disney. We took the tram to and from the parks and then made the easy 2 block walk back to the condo. The condo was clean and cozy and the property manager checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for the snacks and waters, perfect to throw in the backpack for waiting in line sustenance!

The location was absolutely wonderful and easy walking distance to Disney. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the window in the primary bedroom is older kind of falling out almost? Lots of draft coming through there, but honestly that’s probably me being pretty picky. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property was exactly what we needed! Clean, just the right amount of space, and close to Disneyland! The kids loved all the stuffed animals in their room. We had a wonderful stay!

So happy we chose to stay at this property — it was the perfect spot for our family to walk to the parks and come home for a midday break with our 2-year-old toddler. Communication with both Jennie and Ying (her assistant) was prompt and made the check-in and check-out process simple and stress-free. Would happily stay here again.

The property was very clean and we had everything we needed. We used the twin-sized cot, so our 4-year-old could sleep in our room and the pack n play for our 2-year-old, who slept in the Mickey-themed room. I brought a pack n play sheet and a slumber pod. We also enjoyed using the stroller that came with the condo and I brought a second single stroller, so we could split up at the park if needed. Disneyland is a 15 minute, enjoyable walk through the Disneyland Hotel and Downtown Disney. We decided we preferred to walk the whole way instead of taking the tram or monorail. It was so nice being able to easily come back midday for a rest. We also ordered curbside and delivery from Wal-Mart so we could bring our own food/drinks in a soft cooler (we brought) into the park and eat dinners at the condo. Since we have messy small children, we also appreciated the washer/dryer and came back home with suitcases full of clean clothes. One con, which is out of the property owners' control, is the Disney fireworks are super loud on the weekends and at 9:30 p.m. If you have little ones who you'd like to be asleep at that time, remember a white noise machine! I'm ready to book our trip for next year!

This rental was perfect for my family! I have kids ranging from 5-14 and they all loved this place! Comfortable beds, nice pools to swim in and the kids were so excited to walk through and see all the princess pictures. There was even a stroller to use at Disneyland, it was perfect!

The location can’t be beat for a trip to Disneyland. This is our 2nd stay at this place. We were able to walk to the parks with ease. This worked great for my family of five.

We could not have asked for a better location than if we had stayed in the Disneyland Resort itself - a 7 min walk to downtown Disney which leads right to the park gates in less than 5 mins. Perfect with a 6 y/o! Townhouse is older but very clean; beds are comfy and the complex itself is quiet. Outdoor parking space was close by and secure (we did not use the garage). Liked the convenience of having a full kitchen with a dishwasher! As 3 adults and 1 kiddo, we had plenty of space and are super happy we chose to stay at this magical location.

Perfect for going to Disneyland. Great having 3 beds. Family room is a bit small but we were never there so it didn’t really matter. Kids loved the snacks left for us. Check in was very smooth. Front of complex so close for walking to Downtown Disney and park entrances. Less than a mile to the parks so we saved money by not having to pay to park at Disney.

Overall great place to stay as your base for Disney! Good quick walk to either the tram or Downtown Disney. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Even the fold out couch in the living room was comfy- and that never happens! Didn’t really use the kitchen to much but looked pretty stocked as far as utensils and dishes go. No spices or anything but again, I didn’t need it. They did leave snacks and coffee so that was a nice touch. Only thing that I didn’t see on the other reviews (honestly not sure why I didn’t think this), but you are very close to Disneyland. What that means is if you are not in the park enjoying the fireworks you will hear them. Loudly! We arrived the day before and thought it would be a good idea to get a good nights rest before hitting the parks… oops! Startled awake at 9:30. Not bad once we realized it but it was a shock! All in all I would definitely stay again.

This place worked really well for our family. A very close walk to Disneyland and all the amenities needed for our kids (high chair, stroller, playpen, pool toys and toys and books). The owners checked in on us and were super quick to respond when we needed something. The master bed was really comfy and having the kitchen and bbq was a huge help and money saver. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We highly recommend the magic dream house for families spending a few days at Disneyland who want to be close to the park but have a quiet space to themselves as well, as the Disneyland and Grand hotels are so packed with people all the time. Thanks again!

While this place “worked” for us, it was not as expected. Upon arriving, the overall feel is low income housing apartments. Lots of rot all over the outside and it’s not a “gated condo” it has bar fencing. Lots of half naked people lounging on their balconies. The house itself was not as expected. While there is a kitchen, there is a lot of issues for cooking. Nonstick pans are fraying into your food and the only spatula is the grill one. No basic things like baggies or even salt and pepper. Nothing. I believe there is 4 forks total. Overall feel is a little grimy. Bunk bed top head place kept slipping under because there isn’t enough slats to support the mattress (7 year old sleeping on it) stuffed animals there to play with were actually dirty. Grill barely worked, never got up to temp. Tv did not work. The “movie box” never worked. Pack n play was dirty and the pad was not able to lay correctly. Also no matress cover. Went to target to get one. It was just not great. Location to Disneyland was the only plus. Pay a little more and go to another location. Had a text saying to give them a 5 star rating because a 4 or lower would hurt their business and to just send them ideas to improve.. I would rather know the truth before booking.

We stayed for 6 days while we visited the parks and we were very happy with our visit. Very clean property and awesome pools. Close enough to walk to the parks with ease. Definitely would stay here again.

We couldn't have asked for a better VRBO. Everything was exactly as specified, the amenities were great, the place was clean and cosy, and the walk to Disney was incredibly close. We had a small concern that arose while we stayed and the host not only answered us right away but came by and resolved it right away. Very grateful for the space and for the host's kindness!
