Large room with great view. Plenty of parking space. Great Chinese restaurant with delivery.

Broken window lock,hence had to fix it myself with 2 teaspoons jammed in it!! Kitchen cabinet hinges broken. Dirty shower curtain! Dirty carpet! General maintenance needs addressing.
