Situated in Dennis Port, this attractive house for $555 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Completely renovated with all new and modern furnishings and decor! Enjoy the gorgeous ocean views from every room in this large, two story home with 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 3.5 bathrooms offering enough space and privacy for multiple families. The newly updated kitchen has quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, gray cabinets and an over-sized island that seats six. It is open to the large family room with cathedral ceilings, skylights, access to two decks, 48'' LED HDTV and a fully renovated half bath. The space of these two rooms is 17' x 25'. The large loft has two daybeds, each with a twin trundle bed, skylight and full sized window. New Graco Pack 'n Play with sheet. The 14' x 23' first floor master suite includes a queen sized bed, living room with full sleep sofa, 48'' LED HDTV and ceiling fan. The suite also offers a fully renovated kitchenette with white cabinets, quartz counters, stainless steel fridge, sink, microwave, toaster oven and single-serve coffee maker. There is an attached deck and en suite full bathroom with shower and separate whirlpool tub. The other first floor bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, 32'' LED HDTV and an attached private bathroom with shower. The 13' x 18' upstairs master bedroom features french doors, king sized bed, 40'' LED HGTV and and ceiling fan. It also has an attached private bathroom with custom tiled 32'' x 60'' shower and separate whirlpool tub, walk-in closet and access to the front deck. Bonus full, unfinished basement with 10' ceilings. All new furnishings, mattresses and linens. Linens included are bed sheets, bath towels, dish towels and beach towels. New stainless steel gas grill, patio dining set that seats 6, bistro table with two chairs on suite deck and dining table with two chairs on kitchen deck. Comcast Signature Package (includes wifi with fast download speed of up to 400 Mbps, over 220 TV channels including Starz and Showtime, NetFlix and DVR).

My extended family had an amazing experience staying here in Dennis Port. The house has plenty of beds and bathrooms and was able to accommodate my family, my parents and my extended family! The views from the second floor of the house are just stunning - panoramic views of the water and plenty of space to comfortably cook and feed 12 people while enjoying an amazing view. I love that there is an extra full sized fridge in the downstairs master. The kids loved the spiral staircase going up to the loft. The location can’t be beat…you can walk to the beach and during season many restaurants as well. You can easily drive to the popular spots in under 20 minutes as well. Overall, this house is a gem and my whole family loved our time there!

Excellent property to host our two families. With two master bedrooms, each family had their own master suite. Plenty of beds for our group of seven. House was a short walk to the beach saving us from purchasing a beach parking pass. Conveniently located near some restaurants that are walkable. Property owner was very responsive to all our needs. Looking forward to visiting again.

This was the second year in a row renting this house and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, just across the street from the beach. The Sailing Cow restaurant is also across the street, which is very convenient especially for a quick breakfast.
Michelle was a very accommodating host, she even went out of her way to help me retrieve something that I left behind.
The house is big enough for my family (4 adults , 3 kids, and 3 dogs) having the lower suite was an added plus for my wife and I, as we could have a little time to ourselves after the grand kids wore us out all day. It's also big enough that we were nit on top of one another. I highly recommend this house for families!

It's close to the beach, but the beach is tiny. The house is nice but be prepared to climb up and down the stairs. When you are done with that climb some more stairs. After that climb some more stairs. Later on climb some more stairs. Not a joke.

We did not use the loft space, but if we needed it would have been pretty warm up there. Window AC units kept things cool enough on first and second floor. Recommend bringing a clothes drying rack for drying swimsuits/towels as there are very few places to hang towels. Only one hook in master bathroom suites. Two would be much better. Overall would definitely recommend this home.

We rented over April vacation and lucked out with some beautiful weather. The location was perfect, kids walked down to the beach and played every day. The views from this immaculate home were so relaxing and we enjoyed hearing the ocean while having our morning coffee. Owner was quick to reply to questions. We look forward to staying again!

We spent five great days at this property
The house has a great view at the ocean. We weren't having much luck with the weather (it was early March), but we enjoyed our stay an the great view that we had. It was very clean, nice and comfortable. We would visit again.

Beautiful Home
My daughters and I had a wonderful time here. The house is clean, bright and open. The girls loved having room to spread out and different areas to play. It was also nice to be able to walk down to the beach and collect shells. We had a really great time and would love to go back.

Great House/awesome location
We had a great week at this property. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach. For most of the week we had 7 people in the bunkroom and two master bedrooms. The loft area is a challenge to access and very hot (no AC) so when we had additional family came to stay (the 8th and 9th guest) for a few of the days, it was not the most comfortable for them and there were a few bumped head on the spiral staircase which goes up past a large beam- probably would have been fine for kids, but adults it wasn't great. The bunk room for our kids and the two masters were however great. Michelle was very responsive when we had questions and even ran right out to get us a fan for the loft when we realized the one they had wasn't working. The 10AM checkout time would definitely have been a big issue for us as we needed to use many of the linens/towels as we came from out of state - we ended up leaving the day before to avoid a mad rush on checkout day, which we were able to do since we have family close by. Thank you for a great week!

This house is steps from the beach and on a nice quiet street. The size of the house is great for multiple families. Michelle was great to work with and extremely responsive. We look forward to staying here again.

Great Spot!
We absolutely loved this spot! House was great very spacious short walk to the beach and very close to other great attractions. Only small disappointment which is very minor and I may have missed it in the instructions but, we got to the house and there was no toilet paper! For the cost of the house I would assume a couple rolls of toilet paper would be included.
Other than that house was great and we would rent it again, bringing toilet paper this time!

Perfect House in Dennisport
We had the perfect Cape week at this amazing Dennisport house. It is literally steps from the beach. The photos on the listing don't even do it justice. Water views from every room. The 2 master set up was perfect for me and my sisters families, with a bunk room for the kids! Don't miss out! Were talking about going back every year!

Great location near beach, restaurants, short drive to Chatham.
The property was as described, great location, house met our small family reunion plans, kitchen was well stocked for eating in and many restaurants were close by. We came from Boston Logan so it was convenient having washer and dryer, and sheets and towels provided. Also, TVs and WiFi a plus. The owner responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. Plan accordingly as it was a challenge washing all the linens and towels prior to 10am departure.

Everything was as described. Short minute walk to the beach. Great views from almost every room and close to all locations on the cape. I need to stay longer next time. Owner very responsive to calls and inquires.

Great Summer Vacation Home
We had a wonderful time, walking distance to the beach (5 min max) - the house was large enough to host 2 families comfortably. The outdoor shower was awesome right after the beach!! Michelle was very responsive and accommodating, which was very appreciated!! For future renters, we highly recommend!!

We stayed the week after Labor Day and loved this house. It is very spacious and completely updated as the pictures show. The location was great for the beach and also various restaurants that are in walkable distances. Highly recommend a stay here. Michelle was a very easy to work with!

Loved our first trip to Massachusetts!
House is very spacious and close to everything. We walked just 3 houses down to breakfast. Loved having coffee while listening to the waves and enjoying the breeze. There is a hot dog place at the other end of the road that is great as well. Close walk to the beach. We were far enough from Boston to get away from the big city but close enough to drive over if we want. Took a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. Great trip and can’t wait to go back again!

Perfect Vacation Home and Location
This house is perfect for a family to vacation together. With sleeping for 12 (actually 14!) there was plenty of room for everyone to be together and yet have their own space. 4 Bathrooms were heaven with 12 people in the house! It is very close to the beach making it very easy to go with the kids and spend an hour or two, come home, eat, relax and then hit the beach again! The kitchen is modern and has the biggest island which was perfect for preparing meals, and gathering around. Having the second refrigerator in the "suite" area was ideal. We were able to save a lot of money by eating in most days. The location is mid-cape which is perfect for seeing all the sites of the cape. We loved it and would recommend this home if you are looking for a place with all the conveniences of home and a great location.

Amazing home by the water!
We had an amazing weekend getaway in May at Michelle’s property. This home could fit multiple families but our stay was just my husband, myself and my dog. It was much more space than we needed but had all the amenities we were looking for such as the two person jacuzzi tubs, ocean views and proximity to things we wanted to do. Visiting the Cape in the off season was amazing and Michelle is a great hostess. There was a minor issue to which she responded quickly. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

Unbelievable views; a great place for a large group!
This was a wonderful house. We were there over Thanksgiving so it was a bit of a different experience. The view of the beach was great and I’m sure watching kids swim from the house during the summer is great. The little restaurants at either end of the street, within walking distance, would have been stops we made but they were closed for the season- but in summer I know the kids would have loved walking for meals. The only issue we had, and the reason for the 4 stars, was that it was too bright at night, the curtains didn’t block out the light from nearby street/parking lot lights. If we get back to the Cape as a whole family again, we will definitely book here if we can.

Forever memories made in this beautiful home!
My three grown children, my grandson, a few friends along the way and I just experienced the most wonderful vacation together. This home is gorgeous and in a perfect location. We were fortunate to have "beach weather" the entire week. Everything we needed for cooking, etc. was available for our use. Michelle was very responsive to any questions we had along the way. Our first night was a bit chaotic due to limited parking availability and too many friends stopping by at the same time. Michelle was kind enough to be understanding and we planned accordingly for the rest of the week. I recommend this home 100 percent....our vacation was amazing!
