Property was perfect for our family group. Great location with parking. Lovely house , 40 minutes walk into Bath .
Unfortunately, communication was poor. My messages went unanswered and booking.com had to intervene to get a response. Also had to phone to request key pad number at 4:45pm on day of arrival ( booking from 3pm that day )
which was worrying .

Lovely spacious house, very clean and with everything we needed for our stay in Bath.

It’s a great property, well equipped kitchen (although there weren’t any dishwasher tablets) comfy beds and nice bathrooms.
On arrival the house smelt incredibly musty, we had to open all the doors and windows and even then it still smelt - one of the bedrooms had a very smelly mop in the cupboard and the friend that slept in there struggled to sleep due to the smell. I slept upstairs and my room even smelt as the whole house had obviously been cleaned with the offending mop?! We dumped it outside, where there was an ashtray on the balcony full of cigarette butts and the plant pots placed outside the doors, filled with sand were full of butts as well.
A lot of the blinds in the windows were broken.
It still smelt bad in the morning - thankfully we were only staying for one night.
