Ideal central location, suitable for all ages
Nothing came to mind , although was slightly annoyed at having travelled a number if hours to get there for the allowed check in time of 3 pm, we were informed that the apartment wasnt ready which meant we had to drive around Bath for a further 45 mins before receiving instruction to move in

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Comfy main bed and pillows great.
Very steep stairs which made my hip injury flare up. No onsite parking and no mention of this in the property details. Couch really hard and not comfortable.

I liked the location - very central. Good working fans and powerful shower.
Nice towels.
The entrance to the stairs - not clean.
Opening the door to the apartment - was much smaller than I had expected. The amount of dust left me with a sense that the place not being cleaned properly. Had to thoroughly clean everything especially pots and pans before using.
Old dish towel / old rug just added to the discomfort.
This has huge potential to be amazing but more care to cleaning standard needs to be made.
I may just have high standards but this fared poorly to other places I’ve stayed at.
