Excellent location in the centre of Bath. The apartment was very spacious with a large kitchen. Very clean. Comfy beds.

Good central location, very spacious apartment where we could have comfortable fitted another 2 people (3 friends on this trip). It was comfortable with a kitchen where you could of prepared meals other than breakfast (we ate out during day). Very handy having the option to leave bags at Harrington's hotel a few minutes away either before check in or at checkout. Despite notices about boosting water temp if required there was sufficient hot water for our showers in morning. It was a lovely base for our short trip to Bath
The blinds at the windows seemed to be limited in function. Given time of year we were trying to raise blinds during the day. It would have been nicer to have cleaner windows though appreciate in a summer of heatwaves it is not a priority. Didn't impact on our stay.

Location is great, nice and spacious flat
It was very dusty, it was very obvious the flat hadnt been cleaned for a long while. My partner is allergic to dust and almost had an asthma attack. Heating was old and complicated but was okay once we figured it out.
