The position of the property was outstanding such a very short walk from train station and centre of Sorrento, beach clubs also only a short walk and very quiet and clean
Unfortunately no info on what to do with rubbish once bins were full also had to ask when and how accommodation would get cleaned in between first and second week, some info in regard to this would have been helpful but really only minor as apartment was exceptional

La zona del departamento es ideal. El departamento esta renovado en su integridad. todo funciona y esta con muy buena mantención.

L’appartamento è confortevole, accogliente e ben posizionato. Nel complesso gli spazi sono piacevoli e l’alloggio è adatto a un soggiorno rilassante.
Purtroppo la gestione di alcuni aspetti ha compromesso il soggiorno. In una delle camere c’era un problema con lo scarico del condizionatore, che aveva provocato umidità e muffa sulla parete. Il sabato mattina, verso le 11, siamo state svegliate perché il responsabile ci ha comunicato di aver mandato un tecnico per effettuare la riparazione. Salvo una vera emergenza, ritengo che problemi di manutenzione già esistenti debbano essere risolti prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti o tra un soggiorno e l’altro, senza interrompere il loro riposo durante una vacanza.
Inoltre, per due ospiti è stata fornita una sola chiave e non ci è stato comunicato il codice di accesso al portone. Questo ci ha costrette a coordinarci continuamente per entrare e uscire separatamente, cosa decisamente scomoda. Sarebbe stato sufficiente fornire due chiavi oppure consentire l’utilizzo del codice del portone.
