Beautiful hotel set in lovely gardens , very peaceful and comfortable, lovely traditional hotel .
Fantastic continental breakfast, wonderful coffee and the staff are all so friendly and helpful
Good location away from the hustle and bustle , but in walking distance for the free shuttle bus

Would have liked a fridge in the room to store drinks

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Always going beyond to make our stay better.
The room was clean and cosy.
Perhaps a high chair for my grandson would have been helpful.

Lovely stay. Gentlemen at the checkin helped us in the middle of the night as we arrived very late which was helpful. Seamless evening. Would recommend.
Toilet/bathroom was okay but it seemed like it needs more maintenance.

A cheap airport hotel. The price was right. The staff was very, very nice, especially Christine(?) It was very clean. The gardens were enjoyable. They let me check in an hour early. It's fine if you're not expecting much. Close to the airport, about 7 minutes without traffic.
Old, dated everything, except the end tables. Tiny, tiny room. Musty smell. Hard lumpy bed, and those lumpy pillows that makes you think "what are those little balls in there?". The outdoor area would have been more enjoyable had the furniture outside each room been the least bit comfortable. The AC did not work, or was so weak it was ineffective, not sure which.
