We loved the family suite. It gave my mom plenty of room and she was close by. We also loved the bathrooms with bathtubs and the included bidets. The hotel staff was kind and helpful in terms of letting us know where to check out while in Oviedo.
The windows would not stay shut in the bathroom, and the view was of a dirty rooftop. We could also smell cigarette smoke coming from the hallway often. The breakfast was ok, nothing very interesting on offer.

Amazing location! So near to so many sights and restaurants. They also offered a great breakfast option if I wanted to grab a bite on days I had long tours through Asturias scheduled. Also a very clean hotel.

the location was superb, and the cleaning staff is really good.
reception is like an automated answering machine with little to none personal touch. when you have a special request all they do is follow their script and give you the typical answer. and when there’s a problem, unfortunately you have to complain before you can even get an official apology for the nuisance caused.
