Clean room and kind people. The balcony was a cute surprise. Good internet and TV. PERFECT location right off of the city center.
The air conditioning was INCREDIBLY weak - we had to let it run all day to cool the room down. The problem is that the vent fans don't blow, so the trickle of cold air coming out of the HVAC doesn't get propelled anywhere. Anyway, I ended up buying a fan and that helped, but it seems silly when you can SEE the fans not turning when you look in the vent.
The parking lot was ROUGH - it's a challenge to navigate to and I'm SO GLAD I wasn't doing it by myself. There aren't really enough spots for the number of cars that were there. There's an elevator that goes from the parking garage to the main lobby, but they don't want you to take that elevator to your floor because that's the "staff" elevator. And sure, it opens into a storage room on the floors, but it's fine, I didn't really care.
Breakfast ends at 10:30 and that was just slightly too early for us for the pace we were moving at so unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to take advantage of the breakfast.
The "room service" food order delivery worked, but you've gotta brush up on your Spanish before you call them - you pay for delivery upon checkout.
