We loved the location, especially having the tram right in front of the hotel. The room was a little small but very clean. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous full Scandinavian breakfast. We loved the location, which is along the river with a tram stop across the street. Oslo’s main train station is a short walk away. Very helpful staff and the hotel has a good mission. Would definitely stay here again.
Would appreciate more hooks in the bathroom for hanging up clothes and towels.

it's right next to the trams, beautiful location, super clean, the breakfast was lovely, the room was really nice too. Definitely recommend it

Location is quite good 👍, nybrua stop outside hotel and easy access to center of Oslo.
Buffet breakfast was good, lots of stuff
Room was quite small, I don't know how two people would have stayed.
There were no electric kettle provided, I asked for it and they gave me one and said it's only provided when customer asks, which was weird and in U.K it is standard everywhere. I took the last one left.
Buffet Breakfast croissant ran out and I kept on waiting for ages, When it came it was cold. No selection of pastries, only croissant.
Bed was double but two single duvets provided, it was so weird
