The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and were always happy to help. We especially appreciated the breakfast and lunch bags they prepared for us on the days we left early for hiking. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The wellness facilities, especially the pools, were excellent, and the fitness room was very well equipped. The food was original, beautifully presented and consistently delicious, with a wide variety of dishes. Above all, the hotel’s location is outstanding, surrounded by spectacular nature and some of the best hiking in the Dolomites.
The only small suggestion would be to offer a slightly wider range of vegetarian main courses. The existing options were very good, and the staff very accommodating to any requests but a little more variety to the main menu would make the dining experience even better for vegetarian guests. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations.

The hotel has been renovated, and the rooms are adequately sized with radiators. Each room has its own locker in the ski room. The breakfast is excellent, the dinner is fancy, and the wine selection is top-notch. The spa features beautiful, spacious saunas. On the rooftop, there is a cold-water pool as well as a hot pool. They also offer good massages for an additional fee.
The only downside is that it’s not ski-in/ski-out, but there is a gondola nearby, and the parking is just a one-minute drive away or about a seven-minute walk.

Clean, well located (it was walking distance to a beginner slope , great spa facilities, very friendly and communicative staff. They went above and beyond to make the stay a comfortable one. The food was really another level with great variety, use of fresh and organic ingredients where possible. Also love the little treats and activities provided to guests throughout the day.
Spa areas were a bit too crowded. Not a lot of parking spaces but we managed easily on the street right outside
