Good beer selection, the food was excellent. Large car park behind the pub. Great staff. The rooms are a bit dated.

Location is great, with easy access to several places. The breakfast was good
The room was little too warm, we had to leave the top half of the door to roof open all night in order to cope and resulted in a slight concern about security. Although the breakfast was good, it was a bit more expensive (£18) than what we normally pay (£10-12). Therefore, I asked for 2 poached eggs (as I really like poached eggs) but only received 1. Perhaps, the breakfast person did not hear me.
