Good continental breakfast
Fabulous cheese board and bottle of wine on the evening.
We were in the room Brook House which was superb BUT it would have been even better if it had two small easy chairs to sit and enjoy coffee rather than having to lie on the bed fully clothed.

Traditional pub, refurbished to a high standard. Lovely welcome. Great location for visiting local attractions. Superb food, lovely atmosphere with genuinely happy, helpful and attentive staff. The continental breakfast was delicious particularly the local fresh fruit. Sandy the cleaner was absolutely lovely and really made us feel welcome and the rooms were spotless. Would definitely come back.
