The welcoming feel we always feel.
The food is tasty.
The outer doors and fire doors left open all the time. I felt vulnerable.

Everything was easy to figure out
I booked a room for 2 adults thinking ide get a double bed but ended up with 2 singles and I fell through them in the middle of the night as me and my partner pushed them together

I had a meal in the restaurant and it was overcooked.

After a long drive it would have been nice to have a buscuit and a cup of tea: one tea bag each and no biscuits. we had to go down to reception to buy a biscuit.. charged £1 for two biscuits. Not good.
