Not at all value for money, travel lodge would have been better more modern and cleaner!

I have raised a complaint but no one got back to me. I have several pictures of the poor decoration and mould in the room, it was not worth the money I paid and staff told me that no redecoration had been completed in 30 years, which was evident. There wasn’t enough towels, and the car charging ports (reason I chose the hotel) didn’t work and staff told me they never do work! It was once a lovely hotel but no longer can this be said!

Rooms need decorating Bathroom mats mouldy Not enough towels Car electric chargers do not work, remove this from the website!

Pleasant hotel in a lovely setting.

The hotel had a lovely feel about it when we walked in. The rooms were great and the bathrooms were decent.

Neither the jacuzzi or steam room were working in the spa which was disappointing. The floor in the swimming pool and spa area were dirty and should have been more regularly cleaned. Some of the furniture in the rooms was a bit tatty.

We had a lovely stay here and would come again definitely. Just hope to not find chicken in the fridge next time haha.

You can tell it’s an old hotel but still so lovely and modern, rooms are big but not too big, bed was huge and so comfortable which is always something me and my partner look out for. View could’ve been better but was still good, lovely big bathroom and desk, nice big tv and also a nice sofa and table which was nice.

The one and only thing that I could say was the cleanliness could have been better, overall room was lovely and clean like sheets, carpets all that stuff, however our mini fridge in our room had a tesco cooked chicken breast in there clearly from the people who stayed in there before, was surprised when we found it considering it’s an odd thing to find haha but we didn’t use the fridge so it didn’t impact our stay too much but for the price you pay and as it’s a very high end hotel you would’ve thought that sort of thing would’ve been checked when the room is being cleaned for new customers, another thing was by the window behind the curtains at the top corners was there was some sort of dead bugs or wasps up there, I understand they’re probably hard to see and very high up but as soon as I moved the curtain to look out the window I noticed them, again it didn’t impact our stay and still had a lovely time but just thought those things would’ve been checked. Also wish the check out time was a little later as 10 is fairly early but not too much of a bother.

A lovely hotel at an excellent price for the facilities available.

A very comfortable bed and a good sized room. A spacious shower. Interesting features - beams etc in the room.

The resturant and bar staff were really nice even though they were under staffed

Good location for work, pool area was nice along with sauna and steam room

I didn’t realise that you don’t get house keeping while you stay at the hotel for 2 nights. No fresh towels or bedding made for when you return back to your room after working out all day, we couldn’t get a evening meal in the hotel on the 1st night we were told to order a takeaway from local restaurants, as hotel restaurant was fully booked, then we had to place all our rubbish take away in the hallway as no house keepers available, it was a first for us even though we were in a suite,

Lovely hotel and grounds with good spa

Nice spacipis roomand comfortable, plenty of social seating areas throughout the hotel

Dinner was not available unless pre booked. IO dodnt know this and had to go into the City get food. Very disappaionted

A beautiful, family and pet friendly hotel and spa with plenty to keep all busy.

The building is beautiful. Lovely smell in the lobby and a smile from the staff. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we could need. Dinner and breakfast were a little disappointing, they weren't the same standard as the rest of the hotel. The spa was wonderful, this was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised; I spend a lot of time in luxury spas and this one was great for me, I could relax while I watched my daughter play. The staff were all friendly and helpful, I noticed not only with me but with all the other guests too. They were a credit to the hotel.

The dinner and breakfast, while they were okay were just that, okay. I don't think I could say they were value for money unfortunately and they didn't match the standard set by the aesthetics of the building or the staff, who were all wonderful.

Room 407 dreadful

The room 407 was dreadful. It was not suitable for a double bed. The power points were in really difficult positions. Only one bedside cabinet. Not enough room to walk between bed & desk. Window was frosted wired glass. Walls badly marked. The room was so hot at night we had to leave Tower fan running all night, had the worst night sleep ever. Not very good

Lovely stay

Great sized room and bathroom and large comfy bed. Breakfast had great selection of hot and cold.

Dinner was okay but rather expensive for what it was. But other than that it was a lovely stay.

A nice place to stay.

Only used the rooms for over night stay, they were of a good standard and comfortable. We have used Sprowston Manor Hotel on three previous occasions and have no complaints and so if we visit Norwich again this is where we will be staying.

Toilet flusher not working properly on the last two occasions.

Lovely relaxing stay, perfect for what we wanted

Beautiful location and handy access to Norwich city Suite good size, clean and comfortable

Bar only open in the evening, have to walk outside to the golf clubhouse for drinks/snacks during the day Restaurant too busy to be able to book

Too hot. In the bedroom and especially the breakfast room. They need much better quality sausages. One mouthful was enough. Yuck.
