Location and the staff were very friendly
Room small, however I expected this. A lot of noise above my room, like furniture kept moving.

The location to Notting Hill Carnival! We were there for the Sunday revelry and it was so easy to get back to our hotel after all the partying! We’ll def stay again next year.
Although there is no breakfast on site, it was available at another hotel nearby (with a 10% discount for guests). However the Monday morning staff were not sure of the times and when we got there we found it was too late! Perhaps the times should be displayed and staff informed?

It’s in a safe and quiet area. The family room we got has a fan. It helps since it was summer. It also has a small kitchenette. Walkable to some eateries and shops.

Toilets are really small especially the shower. The pressure in shower could be better
