Lovely location, very clean and lovely staff. Ron was quite small, but perfectly fine for a short stay. Air con wasn’t working so temporary floor unit was still n the room.

Struttura sporca (piena di ragnatele) inadeguata (porta del bagno con la chiusura non funzionante e totalmente rovinata dall’acqua) e personale incapace di gestire anche le richieste più basilari.
Avevamo prenotato una junior suite che si è rivelata una stanza al piano -1, con porta finestra completamente accessibile da altre camere, dalla zona colazione e persino dalla strada scavalcando un cancelletto. Alla richiesta della chiave, la risposta è stata che non potevano fornirla e che “non sarebbe stato un problema dormire con la finestra aperta”. Il giorno dopo, però, la finestra è stata bloccata, impedendoci di aprirla anche solo a vasistas: bagno cieco, tre persone in camera, una claustrofobica. Alla segnalazione, la risposta è stata che “non può essere aperta”.
Dunque: la prima notte finestra spalancata perché non erano in grado di chiuderla, la seconda finestra sigillata perché non erano in grado di gestirla. Una gestione improvvisata, incoerente e totalmente priva di attenzione al cliente.
