A late checkin was no problem. The staff was very friendly. The room is large for central London rooms. It even came with airconditioning.
The walls are (like in most London appartments) very thin so you could hear other people in the night. The location is a bit off, but still good to reach by bus. The bed could be a bit larger for two people but that depends on personal preferences I guess.

The location was great the room was warm
We couldn’t find anyone to check us in the room was tired the lights didn’t work in the kitchen the pull out bed was hard snd the fitted sheet kept slipping off.
