That was my 4th stay here, I'm statisfied with this hotel. Nice staff, good location, perfect clean room, comfortable bed, familiar vibe.
Metro stations, shops and restaurants in a few minutes walk. Alternative milks are available at breakfast.
Small things: we miss scrambled eggs at breakfast, only fixed showerhead available in the bathroom.

The location was exactly what I wanted close to amenities inc trains. The staff were helpful and so I booked a couple more nights at the end of my trip in October. The breakfast offered was a good variety of foods.
The room was a bit small? Luckily I’m a ‘small’ person so it wasn’t too bad. The lift was pretty slow, so I was happy to go down the stairs several times during my stay.

Good location, room was clean. Domestic staff were lovely and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after my messy child lol.
Room was not what we booked. I specifically chose that hotel for location and also because they offered a triple room with 3 single beds, which we booked.. However when we arrived our triple room was a double and a single, which I didn't want. Staff said there was nothing else available, which i know was not true. Big inconvenience for us and staff didn't seem bothered about changing it.
