you get what you pay

location was great for what we needed.

room was tiny, both my self and partner had to walk sidewards between the bed and wall to gain acceptability to the other side of the room and bathroom. I don’t know what someone of a larger size would do apart from climb over the bed. TV situated in ridiculous position on the left hand wall, we had to watch TV laying at the bottom of the bed 🤦🏼‍♀️ we had to rearrange the bedroom furniture just so we could make a cup of tea, as unit with amenities on was no where new a plug socket. paper cups within the room for teas and coffees (felt very low budget) walls are paper thin, you could hear the people in the rooms next to us and above us make calls, flush the toilet, plug items into sockets.

a cramped room with poor ventilation and outdated bathroom

Staff exudes a warm and inviting demeanor, always ready to greet others with genuine friendliness and hospitality.

The bathroom is in urgent need of renovation; the window barely opened 20cm, the room was extremely cramped, there was no light in the room whatsoever nor could it be ventilated as there are no windows, the pillows were a disaster, the bedding was put on inside out, and the sound insulation was also a disaster

Muy cómodo , repetiría!!

Ubicación y la comodidad de sus camas. La zona segura y con muchos bares, locales y tiendas.

Limpieza bastante justa, estaba limpio pero había algunas zonas (esquinas y algún mueble) que tenía polvo.

Disappointing

Location was good with easy access to a couple of different Tube stations although some of them were closed due to staff shortages during my stay.

Wifi was essentially non-existent. Had to work while there and use my mobile phone as a wifi hotspot the whole time. There was also no table or chair in the room which meant I had to balance the laptop on my lap while sitting on the bed when trying to work. Not suitable at all for a stay where you might have to do some work online at some point.

Great for a practical stay in a fantastic location

Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Excellent location, which really makes a good trip. Staff were very kind and helpful.

The building was recently renovated but some of the finishings felt low-quality, but everything was functional.

Excellent value for money and great location!

Great location, 10 mins from Paddington station and 5 mins from Regents Park. Area is residential so feels safe at night. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops very close by. Room was large, clean and comfortable and bathroom had a great double shower in it. Compared to a lot of other hotels Ive stayed in this one is excellent value for money and have already rebooked for the next few weeks when Im in London.

Bit better sound proofing but its an old building so you have to take that into consideration.

unbeatable location and excellent staff

location close to restaurants, some small shops, a Tesco and the two underground stops. Also close to Kensington gardens and Paddington train station. also the staff was amazing, very helpful and kind

considering it’s London it’s an average/good price but not really for budget travellers or someone looking for a spacious room apart from that good option

Good location with small room

The staff are friendly. Location is fantastic in Bayswater. Accessible to 2 underground stations: Bayswater and Queensway.

The room is tiny but toilet is good size.

Staff.

The bathroom floor is uneven and every single sound in the building can be heard from the room. Every step from the guests above, the wind blowing the bathroom door locker. The room service needs to be requested but that's ok. Location is great.

That it don't say before you book that you need a deposit..Good thing my deposit was returned when I left

My stay was pleasant!

The beds were excellent as well as the location. The receptionist that did our check-in was an exceptional lady, very helpful and lovely. Very good public transport nearby.

The bathroom was very small and the window and bathroom were not as clean as I would expect.

Room very basic, not easy access and small. Good location of hotel, only good point.

The location of the hotel was good for what we needed.

The room was not what was advertised. The pictures did not match the room that was online. We were not told that the room was up numerous flights of stairs, with a tricky access. The room was very small and the shower was too small to use. The floor was tilted and unsteady.

Fab hotel, all the facilities you need for a mini break to the capital and at a reasonable price.

Fabulous location to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park for our visit to Winter Wonderland. If you’re fit and able it’s easy walking distance to Regents St/Oxford St but if not, the tube station is just around the corner.

Everything was great except the bed was just a little soft for my own personal taste but I got sleep so not all bad. I couldn’t fault anything else.

Disgustingly unsanitary, shouldn't be allowed to run a hotel like this.

Honestly? Absolutely nothing to like about this expensive unsanitary place.

Disgusting, dirty, unsanitary. Toilet still dirty with defecation from the previous customers, stained sheets, smelly carpet. Extremely small room, tiny really. Non existing alternative illumination. Extremely expensive.
