Great location. AC was lovely. Pretty quiet, though I was awakened by a loud noise around 7am. Staff was very nice.
Smaller than it appeared in photos. Fold down desk with mirror was too low to be usable as a makeup mirror and lacked lighting. There was no hand soap provided. I was able to hear water running from neighboring units.

The location and price made it value for money. It is very easy to catch a train or bus. Nice and safe neighbourhood. Plenty of restaurants / cafe / bar / supermarkets within walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly.
It is a bit cramped especially if u have more than 1 big luggage. Although there is a kitchen, it is too small to do much cooking. From the picture it looks bigger than the actual size.

The location was good, very close to tube stations, excellent playground in Hyde park and lots of small supermarkets, cafes etc. in the area. The small kitchenette was useful to have.
The room was rather tired and grubby. Beds were comfy but short, and there really wasn't enough room around the beds for 4 people to be in there. There wasn't really any space to put things - bags had to go on floor which made it even more difficult to move around.
