Location was good, nice walk to Paddington station where you can access anywhere.
Only one small issue we had was the shower wasn’t very powerful

Nicely kept looks in a good area
Not anything major, the stairs were long as we were on the top floor with suitcases but apart from that all was fine

Not a great deal but they had no non dairy milk at breakfast so take your own . They said it often got wasted but o saw other customers had brought their own to breakfast. You can also buy powdered oat milk. overhead is a good company so you can make as much as you ned - no waste

Brekfast room is cramped pastry weee soggy and under cooked
Cheese was hard coffee was stewed been sitting around brewing for too long not fresh no fruit on offer things run out quickly slow to replenish trays
Had to ask for everything
More milk more juice more pasty more coffee
