The location is the best of the property…with two metro station just 5min walk.
The cleaning in the room, were not done with perfection…sometimes we saw some garbage on the carpet, that’s how we realized that maybe the carpet they were not clean

The hotel was nice and clean, great location next to Hyde park and the Queensway station so can travel around with ease. Staff were very friendly as well
In your room you can hear everyone that’s like 2/3 doors down so kept me up and in the middle of the night someone’s phone went off so woke up again from it and then someone’s alarm went off in the morning, The walls are very thin. Not a major issue but parking your car can be expensive

It has been modernized and has an elevator which is amazing as it is not present usually in this type of houses and hotels in London.
