The staff were nice, we had a comfortable room with an extremely comfortable bed, the breakfast was simple but had both salty and sweet options. And the location was convenient.

Very clean hotel, great location to visit central London. Close to many places to eat and supermarkets. Nice and helpfull staff. They let us leave our luggage earlier than check-in.
Breakfast hd very limited options, and the bread and croissants were not always fresh (one of the days I found mold in one of the croissants). Bathroom was very small, dificcult to move around and with almost nowhere to place your stuff. The temperature of the shower water fluctuated greatly. Shower cabin leaked massiveley. The curtains on the room did not close totally and let a lot of sun light early. Very few power outlets in the room.

Location perfect
A noise like an alarm seemingly coming from the aircon unit even when off and same noise could be heard from other rooms that happened every 20 minutes so not a good night’s sleep. Very limited toiletries and main lights in room did not appear to work.
