Staff were helpful and hotel was clean
That there was only one lift during the busiest weekend in the area. Every year they say the works will be complete by next year

Location, staff, price
Very small room (Superior Double Room *Newly Refurbished as per booking).After renovating, the shower walls are very short and all the bathroom is flooded with water. It needs lots of towels to clean the floor, because the housekeeper could not supply us with anything like squeegee.

The room was spacious , and the location of the hotel is excellent for exploring London.
The room was located underground on the -2 floor, which was not ideal for us. While the air conditioning helped improve air circulation, the bathroom ventilation was not functioning properly, causing a persistent unpleasant odor throughout our stay. The bathroom cleanliness was also below expectations, as it did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly.

The location and general appearance is very high end
The below ground floors are way too hot and without proper ventilation or air conditioning for the price and quality of the hotel it is not acceptable
