Bothing much I can say, location was okay. there was a bus stop in front of the hotel and Queensway was like 5 minutes walk. some staff were okay as well, not all though. Lastly breakfast was also okay.
I can list a lot of things, first of all there is a gas station under the hotel right next to the entrance which one cannot understand by looking at the pictures. elevators were old and a bir skecthy. Reception staff was not friendly at all, didn't even check the messages I sent before we arrive. Bathrooms were clean but really really small just like the rooms itself. If you have a bigger luggage and you definitely want to stay here get a deluxe room because standard room would be horrible. It was not a pleasure stay after all. Don't believe all the comments cause thats what lured us... If you have stayed in London at a better hotel, trust me you will not like this.
