The location,the cleanliness of the property and the amount of decent pubs and eateries close to the hotel ,nice sized room and shower room ,excellent shower,comfortable and good sized bed
Unfortunately no hand soap in the shower room ,no way to fill the sink (no plug).Only one bedside table , no drawers to place your things in the room .

I have been visiting London on business and staying at Lancaster Gate Hotel for over 20 years. The new reception and bar area are stunning - well done to the team on both keeping open and operating whilst it was being refurbished but also to the owners and designers. They are such a friendly, welcoming team.
