Outstanding customer service from staff, they accommodated all requests and made my daughter’s birthday very special.
Easy location from Paddington & Queensway. Welcoming and easy to use. Very comfy beds! Will absolutely be staying here again.
Bathrooms could use an update or some polishing but the towels were clean and plenty, great amenities and easy to use.

Breakfast was good. It was difficult sometimes to explain what I wanted as staff didn't speak much English
Our room was in the basement so above ground level would have been better

Room was right at the top of the building and the lift was broken. I have a bad leg so was really difficult to manage. No other rooms on offer. Asked staff a couple of questions about the Local area to be told they didn't know I would have to wait for someone else to be available to answer. Nobody came. Asked for a blanket - said they didn't have blankets. Asked for an extra pillow - none of those either. Shower was pretty poor too.
