The stafff were very accommodating and helpful. The size of the bed was pretty good as well and they provide us two small fans.
The shower and the toilet were very small. Even were short we still find it difficult.

Location was great, close to Hyde Park for the BST concert (which we were attending) and tube stations and amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room clean.
The toilet was very cramped, wedged between the shower wall and sink cupboard, making it very difficult to use. if the sink has to be changed at any point in the future a small corner skin would hugely help with this (however I appreciate that the hotel has limited space and has ensured the room have private bathrooms. The shower head has a leak so the water is coming out the pipe instead of the head. We got in late from the concert and left early to catch our train so didnt have change to inform reception, but this is easily fixed.

Only good location and nice customer service
Very small and uncomfortable room
Too much noise in all the night as I couldn't sleep at all
