Location
Floor not clean, extremely small even for 2 people. There was no knife & forks. Freezer was iced up so couldn’t put in the ice cubes I purchased. The bathroom towel rail couldn’t turn off. Made whole room too hot

It’s a great location for Hyde park events , about 40min walk. It’s close to Paddington station, about 15min walk. The rooms were basic and were fine for a weekend away. Clean bedding and clean towels :-) Fans worked great as it was a very hot spell of weather
We had two rooms. One on first floor and one in the basement. The carpets on the first floor, don’t look like they have seen a vacuum cleaner for a while, the floor in the toilet hasn’t seen a mop in a similar period of time. In the basement, the floor has lifted and so the door drags on the floor, unable to turn on the lights above the bed, and the extractor fan doesn’t work in the bathroom, luckily my toilet habits smell of roses 🤣🤣

The rooms were clean and the location was good
The instructions to get in were sent last minute (which we didn’t see as we were travelling) so caused a bit of panic to get into hotel/room at first. Think other travellers had same issue while we were there too. Both rooms we booked the shower had issues (one you had to hold the power button on for it to work while you showered, the other the shower head didn’t fit into the holder so had to hold it to shower
