Familiar with area.
We booked just for one night. Room was extremely small ( maybe 100 sq. Feet).
Extremely tight area, careful not to stub toe(s) walking to and from bed and bathroom.
Very little Air circulation with only one window. Did provide fan which did help at night sleeping.

Location is great. Close to the tube and Kensington Gardens It’s a great base and the kitchen facilities are a bonus, especially fridge, if there for a longer stay. It was clean and quiet.
There was an air conditioner- no remote to control it but we had 2 TV remotes. Bathroom was good for us but anyone over 6ft might find the toilet use a challenge!

The location was fantastic, very easy to get to with central, circle and district lines within a couple of minutes walk, Paddington is a 15min walk. Hyde park and various supermarkets, cafes and restaurants all a couple of minutes walk.
The luggage drop was very convenient and the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The area feels very up market.
As many different apartments are shown in the photographs you do not know which one you will get, obviously, some are much nicer than others and feature more prominently in the pictures. The sheets on the beds were kind of scratchy and really thin - you could see the mattress through them. The beds were not particularly comfortable either. No mattress protectors or toppers used. The sash windows open up really wide, with no safety mechanism on them, this might not be a problem for many people, but with a young child it did stand out to us.
