Piccola

Stanza pulita, nessun rumore notturno e posizione comoda per raggiungere tutti i punti più importanti della città. Il letto molto comodo e la stanza ben riscaldata.

La stanza un po’ piccola, non c’era molto spazio per muoversi.

La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta, si trova in una zona tranquillissima anche di sera e a pochi minuti a piedi da Portobello Road. La camera (la stessa che avevamo prenotato) era confortevole e pulita. Il costo del soggiorno senza colazione era parecchio sotto la media delle opzioni londinesi. Il receptionist che ci ha accolto in tarda serata era di poche parole e molto gentile.

Non abbiamo capito come si regolava la temperatura della stanza per cui faceva un po’ caldo.

Underwhelming for 4 stars

The location is good, the beds were fine and overall the facility was in good and clean state.

Our kettle was broken, half of the lights in the bathroom were broken and the shower did not have warm water, especially after 9 in the morning.

Pleasant stay, would return quite happily

Room pleasant and fairly clean. Quiet location but not far from transport links. Breakfast was reasonable for a hotel of this nature. One nice touch was that you could take a decent cup of coffee up to your room from breakfast.

Nothing that stood out, room could have been larger but it was adequate

Beautiful but zero communication

the room was absolutely gorgeous and was surprised with a little balcony! it was clean and roomie in there and i could say i’d definitely live in a room like that!

the staff to customer communication was quite poor check out time was different to what it said on the site to what they told us in the morning when they knocked on our door to get us to leave, we also weren’t allowed to leave our luggage even though check out time was early and out train home wasn’t until 10pm the same night.

Overall value for money, ideal for our short London break.

Breakfast was adequate ,continental, good coffee machine! Good locations, quiet but only 10 mins walk from Nottinghill gate tube station. Staff were accommodating when we arrived early. Room was compact but overall good value for money.

No shower screen or curtain so you couldn’t avoid having a very wet floor .

Superb

Nice location next to Hyde park, 20min cycling to Westminster. Clean hotel and well-disposed staff. Breakfast was not quite diverse, but definitely surpassed my expectations based on the value paid.

Only concern was supremely small room, having said that the bed was a true king in the room, although not much of a space around it.

Ideal location. Lovely lounge area . Very clean tea and coffee provided and replenished

Disappointing

It was clean

There was no hot water to shower and there was no compensation in anyway for this problem at all. The boiler was above or next to the room and made loud noises every 30 seconds from 2am in the morning so I didn't get to sleep at all.

Sometimes it is the last time.

The hotel is well situated in the heart of London. Close to Notting Hill and Kensington Gardens.

I was quite disappointed as I had to cancel 1 night and couldnt do it via the internet website. I mentioned it well in advance so the room could be sold again. I didn't expect to get the full price back but a small amount would have been nice. The hotel reception told me the manager agreed and I came back numerous times but he was always 'back in 20 min'. I was a frequent customer at the hotel and therefore thought I would be treated nicer. BTW do not accept rooms 308 or 304 below and beneath they are close to the elevator and very noisy.

The location of the hotel which was perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The lampshades were broken and fell off as soon. as you touched them, the same goes for one of the tabs of the bath, there were very little functioning TV channels, The breakfast was mediocre Water was dripping from the ceiling and down the walls due to heavy rain in our room during the night. The manager thought compensating this misfortune with a free mediocre breakfast was appropriate. I disagree

Awful- would not recommend to anyone.

Reception staff rude and intimidating, cramped and dirty rooms that look nothing like the photos, disturbances all through the night and no one available to respond to them.

Great little hotel

Easy check in and out Lobby area is really nice Quiet area Friendly staff

Room was very small, but was expected in London. Tap wouldn't run cold water, it was warm regardless of what we did. Window wouldn't hold itself open it was either fully open or fully closed no half way point

Very good

The hotel is good and nice but I think the only hotel in London (maybe in the world) which does not keep the luggage to their customers the check-out day! So if you have the flight late in the evening you have to spend all the day in London carrying your luggage with you!!

Basic Accommodation.

Location good. Staff friendly. Cleanliness acceptable.

No shower curtain. No toilet brush. Towels...not enough... More pillows but rectified after requesting additional. More coat hangers. More attention to detail on cleanliness. Advertised with a breakfast option...a bagged meal..very poor for £6.00. Mini fridge would have made life easier.

Recommended for a short stay.

Stuff was helpful. The room was small, but it worth for the price. For a one night stay or for sightseeing it is ideal.

Furniture was worn, did not had the clean feeling.

Hotel and room all very clean, good shower, comfortable beds, had a twin room for the one night.

Room it self was quite small, no carpet in the room so felt a little student flat feel over hotel room
