All was amazing! Lovely room , amazing staff from start to finish, close to everything and very clean room

It was close by to everything, Paddington station was a 4 minute walk. It is situated in a nice quiet part of London. Only took 25 mins to be in the centre of London. There are many little shops nearby which open till late. The rooms are excellent, comfortable and very clean. There was a little kitchen with fridge and microwave. There are a few additional extras too, a retro gaming device, hairdryer and iron.
It took a little time with the keyless entry, which was on my phone. If your phone dies then you are not getting in. I tried ringing reception so that we could get an earlier check in but no one answered. The do use WATTs App but take a time getting back. There was a fan provided but still was a little warm, but thats the weather in the UK, unpredictable.

The room is located in the basement level, no elevator , the stairs are very bad.
