Honestly this exceeded my expectations for the price (altought the priced dropped a lot between the months I booked which is weird.. but ok)
I liked the coffee machine and in general the availability of Tea/Capsules/Sugar water - its something I always appreciate and I value. Also good hairdyer and again, since we stayed 5 nights its important. Also between lancaster station and paddington bus/tube is all very reachable and would recommend if staying in london in general, wherever you are.
Wasnt 100% clean, please keep that in focus... but better than usually in the uk.
Very small sink in the bathroom, not really an issue but keep in mind if its important to you. One thing I would recommend is if someone is staying multiple nights like we did, just give us the capsules needed for 5 nights of coffee in advance, otherwise I have to have you redo the room just for that which is a shame.
No lift, not an issue but important to know because the stairs are a lot and steep

Location close to Hyde Park
Air con in room not working. Hotel maintenance came to room, said he'd fixed it however still not working. Reported this to reception. Had an awful night due to lack of air con.
