The staff was very helpful with advising us on public transportation to Bletchley Park. The restaurant for dinner was exceptional.
Having breakfast earlier on the weekends would help us get to where we needed to be.

Friendly staff and very near Paddington station
Very small room, no window to look out from, no headboard on bed. Very near local shops and restaurants.

The buffet breakfast was very good plenty to choose from and enjoy.
Need a porter on hand all the time to deal with cases on the outside steps. Thank you.

NO day light. Had windows but when you opened the curtains, all I could see was a load of stacked bed divan & mattresses up next to the window. Disgusting. Also a fire risk.
Ac worked well just as well as it was a hot day.
