Room was very efficient, clean. Items in the mini fridge were COMPLIMENTARY. The room was small but with plenty of storage. Everything was so fresh -bathroom, carpets. Location was fantastic - a block from Paddington providing great access to subways and transport to LHR. Just great.

Close to Paddington. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby with great dinner options.
The room was very small and we struggled with 2 suitcases.

Very close to Paddington station, free mini bar which includes orange juice, Coca Cola and snacks. Great!
Found the room a bit tight with 4 suitcases over a 4 day stay.

Location was good. Staff were friendly
Rooms were tiny. Our bathroom was clogged and had an awful smell. Moved rooms to sister hotel where room was slightly bigger but still small. The hotel was also right next to Paddington station so you could hear every train going past.
