Staff very professional and friendly guy on reception was busy but told us straight away be with you in a minute sir and was literally 30 seconds later , very clear communication and he also called me when I got home to say I’ve left my aftershave in the room

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, as well as professional. The location was fab for getting to Hyde Park and the Underground. We would definitely be back.
The decor and vibe if the hotel lobhy was lovely too.
