Great hotel in an excellent location.

Great location and a beautiful room. We arrived from Australia at 6am and arrived at the hotel at approx 9am. We were able to check in early and have a shower and rest. A very welcome offer.

Excellent séjour en famille

Hôtel situé à Paddington à proximité de la gare et du Tube , excellent emplacement. Hôtel très bien entretenu, petit déjeuner copieux , chambre confortable

Pas de patio ou cour intérieure pour les fumeurs obligé de sortir devant l hôtel au bord de la route principale.

Very convenient stay right off a flight that lands in Heathrow. God, good breakfast, excellent

All good except the food.

The food is honestly rubbish, i ordered for curry and rice but honestly is the worst food I have seen. Few cubes of chicken and handful of rice not worth it! I started staying in the hotel for 25 years!!

Fantastic stay, with absolutely wonderful staff, building just needs a little bit of work done to it that’s all.

The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in, the service from the staff were exceptional, they saw me struggling with my suitcases and came straight over to help me and they were such lovely people.

The shower wasn’t very strong and also confusing as it didn’t indicate what was hot or cold I had to guess. Also the floor was very squeaky and the room above me, their floor was squeaky.

The Hilton Metropole is way better

The concierge people were really friendly and nice. I am also pleased with James, a member of staff who helped me upgrade my room. The location is the good thing about his hotel

I am very disappointed with the way the staff handled emergencies. We were in the hotel with my 7 and 3 year olds. When the fire alarm went off and we had go evacuate, we were left outside with no information, no help from anyone and no compensation whatsoever. My husband had to go pester people just so we can get a foil blanket for my daughter who was freezing. The room was ok, even though there was a mouldy smell, and there was no fridge in the room.

Great hotel, just what I needed at short notice.

My flight was cancelled at short notice so needed to stay overnight - booked via Booking.com, pretty good price for late booking central London and hotel was exactly what I needed.

Only thing to watch is that I was on a 0625hrs flight - and the Paddington Express doesn't start until 0510hrs, not leaving enough time for check-in. The Elizabeth Line starts at 0436hrs, though it leaves from a normal platform and not from the Tube which is closed at that time. There was no staff at Paddington and was quite chaotic with confusion as to where the train was leaving from. Not the hotel's fault at all - though I chose the hotel because of its ease of access to Heathrow, which didn't prove to be true!

Hotel with its own entrance into the heart of Paddington Station.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful. If you have an early start at Paddington Station this hotel is unbeatable. It has its own private exit into the heart of the station.

Väldigt bra läge för att kunna ta sig både in till centrum och även till flygplatsen Heathrow.

Gångavstånd till Hyde Park. Smidigt att bo i samma hus som stationen - bara ett fåtal minuter från det att man checkar ut till att man är ombord Heathrow Express. Mycket att välja på frukosten.

Sliten inredning främst i badrummet, men även andra delar av rummet. Långsamma hissar. En del av personalen verkade lite trötta. Från rummet hörde jag inget oljud från stationen, men däremot ljud (sirener) ett par gånger från trafiken utanför.

Room sparse- no fridge, no toiletries except liquid soap adn shampoo. Lifts ever so slow.

Foi ótima. Pessoal muito educado e gentil

Ótimo café da manhã. Situado junto à estação de metrô Paddington. Acesso direto da estação ao hotel, sem ter que sair na rua. Além disso dessa estação sai o trem expresso para o aeroporto de Heathtrow. Leva somente 15 minutos, com acesso direto aos terminais. Uma grande comodidade e facilidade.

Everything but the breakfast chef

The breakfast chef wouldnt make me fresh scrambled eggs. The pre-cooked scrambled egg had been in the tray for so long it was solid and overcooked. When i asked him to just make me a 3 egg scrambled egg fresh he wouldnt do it. When he forced me to take the overcooked scrambled eggs i did not enjoy it.

Perfect location and a very comfortable room but could do with some updating to reflect cost.

The property is ideally located, especially for travel to / from the south west. The room was also very generously sized, with a table and chair and a desk at one end of the room and the bed the other.

The bathroom facilities were quite tired - especially the sink and the shower. The tap on the sink was very loose and the shower, although warm with good pressure, was small and left a large puddle on the bathroom floor.

Good location awesome breakfast

This is perfect location for the London travel as station and other public transport is just next door. Food options are too many. Lot of good places are at walking distance of 1-2 miles. Staff was very accommodative. Best is choice and spread of breakfast specially if you are vegetarian. I would say a great value for money in London.

Nothing related to Hotel property but outside on road some upgradation road work is going on makes the taxi travel little longer as roads are converted to one way and drivers get confused. So if one is travelling now must try to find a better close by location to get down for easy commute.

Zentrale Lage um London your oyster zu machen

Guter Service die Koffer vor und nach der eigentlichen Übernachtung zu verwahren. Sehr tolles Frühstück mit vielen Variationen. Obwohl sehr nahe an einem Zug Knotenpunkt war kein Lärm von außen zu hören.

Zimmerbezug erst ab 16Uhr ist etwas spät.

Bueno para un city trip.

Ubicación excelente. Habitaciones grandes. Los señores que nos guardaron el equipaje mientras esperábamos la habitación eran super amables.

La chica de la recepción podría ser más amable y como turista uno espera algo de información (mapa de la ciudad,etc). Mi amiga encontró un cabello en su desayuno 😐. Hoy en día es estándar tener camas dobles en habitaciones twin. Siendo un Hilton podrían modernizarse.

Nice stay

The location of this hotel is great, and our room was a nice size. Breakfast was also good as the kids enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

The staff were not very friendly and did not check us in on time. We arrived early morning but at after 4pm we were informed that the room was not ready (after checking several times).
