The location of the hotel is safe and beautiful. The room in itself was very well kept it had everything we required as a couple who travelled to London from a different place. It was cleaned daily and the receptionists, staff was lovely. Also, the commute to the central London is easy, the underground is just around the corner and bus stops are literally everywhere. There is a lovely park in the vicinity which just adds to the calmness of this place.

This hotel is excellent! You feel like a Londoner when you step of the hotel, in a safe residential area.
Close to everything from the bus & underground to everything London has to offer.
The pillow could have been a wee bit more fluffy, maybe one regular one and one with memory foam to have the option to chose which suits you best.

The location was wonderful - beautiful area, close to a Tube station, and very quiet. The staff members were all extremely friendly and helpful. Being able to have breakfast on site each morning was a tremendous convenience. 10 out of 10.
I believe it was just a difference in cultural norms, but there were no washcloths available. The bath and hand towels were nice and big, but I am used to having washcloths for bathing.

I was first in a room where there was no hanging space, nowhere to put my iPad, no room to move. But the lovely receptionist found a larger room at no extra cost
