Room was spotlessly clean, spacious and had all the facilities you'd need. Housekeeping service daily and couldn't fault it at all. Reception staff pleasant and welcoming. Good shower and can I add the toilet paper was better quality than I've found in the more expensive hotels lately! Location was great, just an 8 to 10 minute walk to Tube stations. Would recommend visiting the Bayswater area for breakfast / brunch. Lovely part of London which felt generally safe to walk around, and was very quiet at night.
One small issue - there are no black out blinds / curtains, but if you bring an eye mask it won't be a problem.
Another thing that we were prepared for as we'd done our research - you may need to carry your suitcase up flights of stairs as the lift does not reach every level. Will be an issue if you have mobility problems.

It’s the perfect location for moving about London (including getting to the airports), the staff are super helpful and the rooms are have everything you need including a great little kitchenette and plenty of space!
