Great value for money, all the staff we interacted with were friendly and attentive (inc front desk, kitchen/catering and cleaners), walking distance to Paddington area (10 min), we walked from Marylebone Station in just over 20 mins, Plenty of places to eat within 10/15 mins radius. Buffet breakfast kept us going most of the day, was able to get more milk for tea/coffee quite late on at night, fresh towels dropped of each morning.
Given what we paid (which was great for 2 nights in central-ish London), we got what we expected so it's hard to give any real criticism. The only minor thing that could be improved upon is having a few more non-animal options for breakfast, so a non milk-based butter, maybe soya or oat milk option for tea/coffee/cereal . Having said that, beans on toast with mushrooms, hash brown and tomatoes was more than good enough to start the day.

Location to underground station. Breakfast was excellent
NO hotwater in bathroom or shower, hotel reception lied twice saying that the system had failed that day, hot water available on last day of stay
