We did not have breakfast at the hotel this time. Staff very welcoming, perfect location to Paddington. Spotless room and lovely powerful shower!
I could not work out how to use the coffee machine in the room so some instructions would have been useful.

Very clean with nicely fitted out room. The location is excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Good air conditionings and comfortable bed. I really appreciated the helpful little touches like multiple USB charging points and conveniently positioned light switches.
The water pressure in the shower was very low, even for London standards. I stayed in an 11sqm room which was tight, and okay for 1 person but it would be a very tight squeeze for 2 people.

Location was excellent and it has recently been refurbished, so neat and tidy. Breakfast was nice and staff did well to keep topping things up. Great access to Paddington Station/Heathrow Express. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby that are good to feed hungry tweens. Hyde Park was very close and great for getting your steps in.
The family room with sofa is too small. When the sofa bed is open you can barely get to the bathroom or out of the room - like side shuffle, tummy sucking small. If you decided to get a drink after the child in the sofa bed was asleep you couldn’t access the fridge as there was literally no room to open the door, so everything had to be organised, as there was no room once all beds were in use. There is also minimal storage available in the room or elsewhere in the hotel. We have stayed at other hotels with small rooms, but they have offered a storage room to keep excess luggage to help your stay more accomodating and there was nothing available here. Overall the staff and room were fine, but as a family of four, I would only book this room if I was in London for one or two nights - we were there for 5 and whilst the location was fantastic and the beds were comfortable - the actual space made it a really uncomfortable experience.
