It was a short walk from Paddington station. Breakfast was nice.
We were in a room in the basement which smelt of damp and had some crumbling patches on the walls. Although it was a triple room we only had two teacups. In the bathroom there were 3 bath towels but no hand towel. With the exception of the man who checked us in, all other staff could work on their friendliness and be more welcoming.

Very good location for Paddington train station.
Sadly no Aircon so a wee bit uncomfortable with the heat. But a fan did ease the discomfort.

Good location. Very clean room and the cleaner did an excellent job every day.
Staff not very helpful. Wifi not working. Very cramped small room with absolutely tiny ensuite that would pose problems for a large person. No airconditioning.
