The staff at The Tudor Court Hotel are amazing. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is in a great location, very accessible by train and bus. You have to consider is located in an older building which makes it look a little older.
The rooms are comfortable but small, specially the bathroom. It feels like a plane bathroom.
As mentioned by the property there is no elevator and the stairs are very heavy to climb, especially to the third floor. Someone older or with some mobility problem will definitely have a hard time going up the stairs.
Having said that I would definitely consider staying again just because of the staff and location.

Very close to stores, bus routes and Paddington Station. Very kind staff. We really enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom are very small. But we were basically just sleeping

All of the staff were GENUINELY warm and helpful. The linens very fresh, they provided bath sheets versus towels.
The hotel is on Norfolk Court which is a lovely wuiet park with one of the Paddington Bear statues in it. There are other quiet parks in the neighborhood as well.
