The tariff is excellent. Location is great, not far from Paddington railway station. Staff are kind and helpful. There are no lifts in the facility. There were many stairs to my room. The room was a little small, but adequate. No air conditioning.

Great location for what we needed.
Manager really helpful, no fuss, key handed over,
Hotel desk 24 hour which was perfect for our stay.
Shower although small very clean, water was great temperature. Definitely will recommend to friends when they stay in London.
