Everything that needed to be clean, was. Dated but doesn't matter, as still functional and clean. Bed more comfy than expected being firm. Fan was a must, and excellent albeit with a hum as fans do. But being at the front of the building on the main road, window was closed for sleep, so fan was essential.
Breakfast was okay, but limited in choice. Toast was done in batches and piled up, rather than individuals putting it through ourselves, which meant it was colder and chewy. Croissants appeared to be standard supermarket types. Wasn't keen on the juices. What I did have was sufficient though, did the job.

They advertise parking but we were then told that it first come first served.
