Fantastic location, the property is a modern clean property, I just wish they had a good coffee machine in the rooms. The gym is right outside the hotel, but very close. However the equipments are old.
Otherwise I would recommend this property.

Lovely stay at the royal garden hotel. Received a lovely surprise at check in & on entering the room. Received room upgrade & bottle of brut, birthday cake & fruit in room. Beds very comfortable. Would not have thought room was facing Kensington High Street.
