I loved the location, really well connected to the public transportation, the neighborhood is so pretty and it’s near a park that is very beautiful and big. All the staff were amazing, specially Jordan, Dominic and Izzy. The hostal has a bunch of activities and we had karaoke night, it was really fun. The bathrooms are private and they might get a little busy but they were always clean and Tay was very helpful when I had an issue with it, he also helped me with questions about a day trip I wanted to do with a bunch of very helpful information about trains etc. Katie greeted us in the best way possible and if I ever come back to London I will definitely come back to this beautiful hostel
the beds don’t have a privacy screen or curtain so I had to use my towel to better sleep.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful so overall the vibes are really welcoming and good. I overheard a guest request to have their bag carried up the stairs as there is no lift and they didn't think they could do it and the person working reception helped them right away with no issue. The lounge on the main level is great and has lots of power points and a little library, and the location is amazing.
The facilities are quite dated and the only tap with drinking water is in the basement. I was staying on the 5th floor so that was a super annoying discovery. There seemed to always be a toilet out of service or overflowing which I know is common in hostel bathrooms but there aren't many toilets, and the beds don't have individual powerpoints (at least not in my room) which means you have to leave your devices out to charge.
